Authorized user tradelines
How to place an order
Five steps, one payment. Read the whole page before you reserve a seat, because the dates matter.
- Choose a line on the available tradelines page.
Each card shows the issuer, the account age as of today, the credit limit, the purchase deadline for the current cycle and the price per seat. Age and deadline are recalculated every month, so what you see is current. - Add it to your cart.
Adding a line holds a seat for twenty minutes. You may add more than one line, but only one seat per card. If the hold expires before you pay, the seat returns to inventory and you add it again. - Pay once through Stripe.
The cart page shows every line and the total. Checkout creates a single Stripe payment for the full cart. Pinnacle never sees or stores your card number. - Send us the authorized user details.
Immediately after payment you receive an email with a secure, single-use link to a short form. Issuers need your full legal name, date of birth and current address, and some need the last four digits of your Social Security number. Nothing is submitted to any card until this is received and verified. Do not put these details in an email. - Wait for the closing date.
The primary cardholder adds you before the statement closing date shown as the purchase deadline. The issuer reports the account after that date. The account typically appears within three to ten calendar days after the closing date. You stay on the account for the four month term.
Timing rules to know
- The purchase deadline is the card's statement closing date. Reservations placed after it fall into the next cycle.
- Reservations close three days before each card’s statement closing date. Inside that window the line automatically shows the following cycle’s deadline, so the date you see is the one you will get. Each card shows an “order by” date. We confirm your cycle by email.
- Each line opens 20 seats per cycle. When they are taken the line shows as sold out until the next cycle.
- Under the California Credit Services Act you have five days to cancel. See the refund policy for how that interacts with the submission date.
