Term

You remain an authorized user on the account for four months from the date the issuer first reports it. Most sellers in this market remove authorized users after about two months. You may renew for a further four month term at 35 percent off the listed price.

Reporting

Every line we list is an account that has reported authorized users before. Every line reports to all three bureaus: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. If the account fails to appear on any of the stated bureaus within two reporting cycles after the addition, the line is treated as not posted and the refund policy applies.

Account condition

The primary account is open, in good standing and carries no late payments in its history. Utilization on the account stays at or below 5 percent for the whole of your term. Each line opens 20 seats per cycle. The cardholder does not add authorized users beyond that count.

Your information

The details needed for the addition are collected through a secure, single-use link emailed immediately after payment, encrypted when stored, viewable only by an administrator with every view logged, kept for 30 days after the cardholder submits the addition to the issuer, then purged, and never shared with anyone other than the primary cardholder and issuer. They are kept apart from Pinnacle's dispute client files.

What we do not commit to

  • Any credit score change. Scoring models weigh authorized user accounts differently, and some discount them.
  • Any lending decision. Lenders may treat authorized user history differently from your own accounts.
  • Reporting on a specific calendar date. Reporting follows the issuer's cycle and the bureaus' own update timing.
  • The cardholder keeping the account open beyond the term, or at all. The cardholder retains full control of the account.
