What we can show you

A deletion is only evidence when the rows around it stayed the same. Each file is built on a before-and-after pair from the same bureau, with the unchanged accounts left visible as controls.

Why these read the way they do

The rules we hold these pages to

  • An absence needs a control. A row vanishing from a screenshot proves nothing on its own. Each exhibit keeps the neighbouring accounts in frame, unchanged, so the disappearance is readable as a deletion rather than a re-sorted page.
  • A result is not ours because it happened during our engagement. Where a score moved for reasons we did not cause, a balance paid down, an account added by someone else, we say so and decline the credit.
  • Accurate information stays. Accurate, current and verifiable information generally cannot be removed from a credit report, and we do not attempt it. Our work targets what is inaccurate, inconsistent, unsupported or mishandled.
  • Client identifiers are redacted at the pixel. Account numbers and personal details are burned out of the exhibit images, not merely covered.
