Pinnacle Engagement Intake

Pinnacle engagement intake

Qualify before checkout.

Every Pinnacle program starts with file context. This page replaces scattered product clicks with one ordered path: understand the program, complete the diagnostic, schedule the call, prepare reports, then continue to checkout only when the path fits.

Selected program: Pinnacle engagement review.

One intake path for every product.

Step 01

Review the program

Confirm what you are considering before any payment decision. The right program depends on timeline, file complexity, goals, and documentation.

Step 02

Qualify

Start with the diagnostic form so Pinnacle can see the issue type, urgency, account mix, and whether the file is a fit.

Step 03

Schedule

Book a consultation after submitting the form. The call is where the path is confirmed and the next step is chosen.

Step 04

Prepare reports

PDF reports are needed for diagnosis. Bring current bureau reports plus six months of Credit Karma history when available.

Step 05

Checkout

Checkout belongs after qualification. Self-directed Method access can use the live checkout; custom engagement payment is confirmed on the call.

Method checkout

No video yet

The plain-English walkthrough.

This section stands in for the founder video until it is recorded. It tells buyers what the program is, who it fits, what Pinnacle needs, and why checkout comes after qualification.

What this is

A qualification-first intake for the Toolkit, The Pinnacle Method, diagnostic review, or done-for-you engagement. The selected product tells Pinnacle what they clicked; the form and consultation decide the right path.

Who it fits

  • People with a specific credit goal or deadline.
  • Files that need report review before payment.
  • Buyers comparing self-directed and guided help.

What happens next

Submit the diagnostic, schedule the consultation, prepare reports, then use the right checkout once the file path is confirmed.

What this is not.

Not a blind checkout

Payment should not happen before the file is understood. The page explains the program and sends the person through diagnostic intake first.

Not a guarantee

Pinnacle can evaluate reporting issues, documents, and strategy. It cannot promise removals, score changes, approvals, or timelines.

Not password storage

This public page does not collect Credit Karma passwords or other login credentials.

Not one-size-fits-all

Some files fit self-directed access. Some need a call. Some require a more intensive engagement. Qualification decides.

Credit report package

Upload reports or prepare Credit Karma access.

For the most accurate diagnosis, Pinnacle should review current bureau reports and at least six months of backdated Credit Karma reporting history. This lets the review compare changes over time instead of guessing from a single snapshot.

Option 01

Upload PDF reports

Use the report package panel below to select your PDFs, then send the package to Pinnacle’s company email.

  • Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion PDFs.
  • Denial letters, collection letters, creditor notices, or underwriting notes.
  • Any older report that shows how the account looked before it changed.

Option 02

Get bureau reports

If you do not already have current bureau reports, download them before the consultation so the file review starts with clean source documents.

  • Use the official free report source.
  • Save each bureau report as a PDF.
  • Keep the files unedited so dates, balances, and account details stay visible.

AnnualCreditReport.com

Option 03

Credit Karma history

If Credit Karma access is approved for your file, Pinnacle will confirm the secure handoff process directly. Do not submit the password, or any Credit Karma username, into a public webpage, contact form, text message, or email.

  • If you do not want to share login access, sign in to Credit Karma yourself.
  • Download or save at least six months of backdated credit-report history.
  • Bring those PDFs to the diagnostic upload or consultation.
Credential handoff must be confirmed directly with Pinnacle during the scheduled consultation.

Send the report package to Pinnacle

Upload current PDF reports here. Pinnacle receives the package at the company intake email below. If you do not have bureau reports yet, use AnnualCreditReport.com first, then return to upload the PDFs.

Security note: this page does not request, upload, or store Credit Karma credentials. Do not submit passwords or usernames here. If live account access is needed, Pinnacle will confirm the secure handoff process directly during the consultation.

What we need for diagnosis.

PDF credit reports

  • Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion reports when available.
  • At least six months of backdated Credit Karma report history when available.
  • Recent credit monitoring PDFs if bureau reports are not ready.
  • Any denial letter, collection letter, or creditor notice tied to the issue.

Credit Karma access

If Credit Karma access is needed, do not submit the username or password on this page. Pinnacle will confirm the safest handoff process during the scheduled consultation.

File context

  • What you are trying to qualify for.
  • Any deadline, closing date, lease date, or underwriting issue.
  • What prior repair attempts have already happened.

Security boundary

Do not send passwords through ordinary contact forms, text messages, or unencrypted public fields. Secure credential handling must be confirmed directly with Pinnacle.

Start with the diagnostic.

Submit the form, schedule the call, prepare reports, then use checkout when the correct program is confirmed.

For self-directed Method access, the checkout link remains available after qualification. For custom engagement pricing, payment instructions are confirmed after the call.
