Pinnacle Credit Management
Two questions decide your engagement. Are you working the file yourself, or handing it over? And has any account on your report already been disputed and come back “verified”?
Start here
Has any account on your credit report already been disputed and returned as “verified” by the bureau?
Not sure? A verified response means the bureau checked with the furnisher, and the furnisher confirmed the information. Disputing the same account again through the same channel usually produces the same result.
Engagements
Forensic Engagement
Nothing is due before work is performed. Payment is tied to completed stages, not to signing.
Metro 2 analysis delivered as your Dispute Resolution Action Plan.
All three bureaus. Responses received and reviewed.
Direct demands issued. CFPB filings on record.
Pre-Litigation Roadmap delivered, ready for counsel handoff.
Your part
Forensic work runs on documents. The faster these arrive, the faster the file moves.
Current reports from all three bureaus, photo ID, and proof of address. About 30 minutes.
Forward every bureau and furnisher letter as it arrives, unopened is fine. Roughly 10 minutes a week.
Statements, payoff letters, or police reports on specific accounts. Usually two or three requests across the engagement.
Bureau account passwords, or payment to any furnisher on our instruction. If you are asked for either, it did not come from us.

After any engagement
A watch service for files that have already been through an engagement. Three-bureau monitoring with change alerts, Client Lounge access, and an annual strategy call. It does not include new disputes or a new forensic audit. If something surfaces that needs work, we scope it separately.
Questions
The dividing line is whether your file has been contested. If nothing has been disputed yet, Credit Restoration works the bureau directly. If accounts have already come back verified, or a debt buyer is reporting, bureau-level disputes tend to produce the same result a second time, and the Forensic Engagement moves to the furnisher instead.
Payment is tied to completed stages of work, not to signing. Nothing is due in advance of performance. The four stages are the forensic audit, the first dispute cycle, furnisher escalation, and final file packaging.
A verified response means the furnisher confirmed the information to the bureau. That is where bureau-level disputes stop and furnisher-level work begins: direct demands on the furnisher under FCRA section 1681s-2(b), a CFPB complaint on the record, and a documented file a consumer attorney can act on.
No. No credit repair organization can lawfully promise removal of accurate, timely information, and Pinnacle does not make score promises. What we commit to is the work itself: the analysis, the disputes, the escalation, and the record.
